I think I don't usually eat lunch when I'm home by myself because it's too big of a deal to make and clean up for just myself. Today I made chicken fajitas on the George Foreman grill, and made some Pico de Gallo to go with it. Tasty, but not as fun without anyone to share it with.
I was looking for blood. I saw the knife laying there and I thought maybe you wacked your other finger off :-)
